An individualized yoga session tailored to fit your body's specific needs.

Are you looking to strengthen, realign or simply know how to "do a yoga pose right" ?

Weather you are experienced or you are completely new to yoga, having that personal time with a teacher can really give you the confidence you need to develop a healthy home practice that suits your body's needs.
I understand that a studio setting is not always conducive to learning the details of a yoga practice.

Choosing to work one-on-one with a skilled teacher can elevate your yoga practice to new heights and develop a deeper understanding of your own unique anatomy.

A healthy yoga practice can increase flexibility, balance, & strength.

As well as reduce anxiety and stress.

What to Expect

Your Yogi will bring all the necessary props including a yoga mat to your place of residence.

Props may include; Yoga Strap, Yoga Blocks, Yoga Blanket, Yoga Mat.

Your Yogi will briefly chat about your goals and intentions for the practice. You might be asked about areas of pain or tension or previous injuries. Your first session can be done at whatever pace you need as an individual. Your Yogi is trained in a variety of yoga modalities. Post session you will discuss where your practice might benefit or touch base on areas of strength or weakness to develop a plan for future sessions.

Cacao Ceremony

Book a private Cacao Ceremony for your own special occasion. Foster a deeper connection to Mother Earth and all living things. This even can be booked and fitted to your personal needs and intentions. A fantastic package for sober bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebration, family reunion, friendship gatherings, new and full moons, eclipse and solar events.

This package is intended for a maximum of 12 individuals.
Waivers must be signed individually upon arrival.

ORDER OF EVENTS

One hour of yoga

30 min intention setting/ cacao preparation

30~45 min deep guided meditation

15 min closing ceremony

HOST WILL PROVIDE

Ora Cacao

cream or milk alternatives based off preference

organic sweetener

GUESTS WILL PROVIDE

vessels for cacao ( favorite or special mug)

yoga mats

additional props such as blankets, pillows, bolsters

optional: eye covering, journal, alter item, special spoon for stirring

Sofia from Awaken Feeling will be leading a mindful meditation walk, as long as weather permits.

Flow and get your body moving with an enlivened all levels yoga practice with Annaka.

Kitchari Social

Break and enjoy a lovingly provided dinner of Kitchari, an Ayurvedic staple, and a spread of nourishing snacks. Vegatarian and vegan options available.

Cacao Ceremony / Drum Circle / Ecstatic Dance

Awaken Feeling leads us into an intentional and grounding cacao circle as we ready ourselves to engage in the release of dance and freedom movement.
Participants then take up the rhythm of drum, and spill into dance as our night unfurls.


9:15~10:00

Sound Bath

Wind down with a soothing restorative sound bath hosted by Lindsey Whited to finish the practice.

60min Travel Thai Massage

Thai massage is a combination of deep pressure, yogic stretching and energy work. The receiver will be an active participant in the experience. Thai massage is traditionally done on a Thai Mat on the floor fully clothed. It is advised that the receiver wears loose and secure fitted clothing so that their body can be moved around freely.

Thai works the 10 sen lines on the body bringing balance and harmony to the receiver. You can expect your joints to be gently manipulated and your body to be moved into a verity of yoga-like stretch techniques. This body work is acceptable for all ages and body sizes. The Practitioner and receiver move through a meditative flow together, communication is key.

Craniosacral is a gentle therapeutic technique that involves the movement of cerebrospinal fluid, the skull, the spine and the sacrum. This is a fully clothed practice that uses gentle pressure around the key points of the nervous system.

This gentle modality can help realign the body to its natural cerbro spinal rhythm and promote nervous system health. It is a soft tissue manipulation technique that involves placement of the hands on the head, neck,torso, pelvis and feet. 60min Reflexology

Reflexology has ancient origins, and there is evidence of that in ancient china, Egypt, India and Greece. However reflexology was modernized by Eunice Ingham in the 1940's who popularized it through her book, "The Stories Feet Can Tell". Ingham was the first to notice that the feet were an exact mirror of the body and its internal organs. She developed the map you see below, after attentively working with these reflexpoints and comparing her results to her clients real life experience. Ingham believed that reflexology could aid in the suffering of man.

Reflexology is performed with alternate pressure on the hands and feet. Each reflex point is connected to specific organs, glands and structures in the body. You will receive treatment to your hands and your feet. This treatment is done fully clothed and can be performed seated or laying down.
