ORDER OF EVENTS

One hour of yoga

30 min intention setting/ cacao preparation

30~45 min deep guided meditation

15 min closing ceremony

vessels for cacao ( favorite or special mug)

yoga mats

additional props such as blankets, pillows, bolsters
