
Are you looking to strengthen, realign or simply know how to "do a yoga pose right" ?
Weather you are experienced or you are completely new to yoga, having that personal time with a teacher can really give you the confidence you need to develop a healthy home practice that suits your body's needs.
I understand that a studio setting is not always conducive to learning the details of a yoga practice.
Choosing to work one-on-one with a skilled teacher can elevate your yoga practice to new heights and develop a deeper understanding of your own unique anatomy.
A healthy yoga practice can increase flexibility, balance, & strength.
As well as reduce anxiety and stress.
Your Yogi will bring all the necessary props including a yoga mat to your place of residence.
Props may include; Yoga Strap, Yoga Blocks, Yoga Blanket, Yoga Mat.
Your Yogi will briefly chat about your goals and intentions for the practice. You might be asked about areas of pain or tension or previous injuries. Your first session can be done at whatever pace you need as an individual. Your Yogi is trained in a variety of yoga modalities. Post session you will discuss where your practice might benefit or touch base on areas of strength or weakness to develop a plan for future sessions.
